Registration

 

The registration is now open.

Authors with accepted papers, including panel participants, must register until January 20 to have their papers included in the program. 

 

 

Registration fees:                          until January 20       since January 21

For APS members and students:                 40€                              60€

For non-APS members:                                 70€                              90€

 

 

Lunches and social dinner

 

The registration fee does not include lunch or dinner. However, participants who wish to attend lunch on the 5th floor of the conference venue can purchase lunch tickets through the registration form. Each lunch ticket costs 12 € and includes soup, meat/fish and vegan dishes, dessert/fruit, water, juice and coffee. Participants who wish to arrange their own lunch have several places available near the venue, including the bar at the venue’s ground floor.

 

For those who wish to attend the social dinner (March 2) there is an additional 20 € fee. The social dinner will be held in a buffet restaurant very close to the venue and will include meat, fish and vegan dishes, desserts and drinks.

 

Please note that, due to limited seats, both lunch and dinner tickets are available on a first come, first served basis. Tickets should be purchased through the registration form.

 

“Lisbon European Green Capital” guided visit

After the seminar, we invite participants to find out more about the European Green Capital and enjoy the sights of Lisbon with a guided visit. The organization of the visit is kindly supported by the City Council. The visit will take place on March 4 (morning) and is free of charge but booking is required. Interested participants may sign up for the tour when registering for the seminar. Details will be provided at a later date. Due to limited capacity, booking is available on a first come, first served basis.

Registration conditions

 

Registration fees are reduced until January 20. Until then registration for authors with accepted presentations, including panel participants, is mandatory. After January 20, other participants (who are not going to present a paper) can still register. However, higher registration fees apply: 60 € for APS members and students, and 90 € for non-APS members.

 

For authors with accepted presentations, full payment of the registration fee must be received until January 20. In case of payment via bank transfer, registrations will not be considered valid until the bank transfer receipt is successfully received.

 

Students enrolled in a university can register as a student for the reduced registration fee. Proof of status is required and must be sent to ambiente@aps.pt.

 

A digital invoice that is also a confirmation of registration will be sent via e-mail.

 

Regarding cancellations, the seminar organization should be contacted as soon as possible. Cancellation of registration is possible until February 10. This can be done via email to ambiente@aps.pt. In this case the cancellation costs amount to 15 €. Already paid registration fee will be refunded within two weeks after deduction of these costs. Purchased lunch and dinner tickets are only refundable with a full registration cancellation. After February 10, cancellations are no longer possible, and the entire registration fee is owed.

 

Registration fees cover organization costs, conference materials for participants and coffee breaks.
